The way of the warrior - or bushido, is an ethics code adopted by the Japanese Samurai.  To honour the spirit of hte Samurai in children, the Japanese celebrate and health and happiness of children on a special "Children's Day". The samurai warrior doll is placed on display in the home and traditional food and sweets are enjoyed.
